So if the a truly great drummer is hard to find difficult to part with and impossible shirt is disabled runs away and this was the only way to track her, but because she wasn’t allowed to wear it, would all of you spend all night in a search party looking for her? Or if she required a service dog, the possibility is that it could accidentally bite someone, would you require that service dog to stay at home? Schools have cameras and a lot of times listening devices in those cameras and no one really about that. I’m just curious why the school board wants to keep this quite and monitor the moms personal emails and not try to look for a better solution. I would think with the latest rash of incidences of teachers who have been accused of misconduct with the children in this Parish, more people would be glad that there is some sort of monitoring.

Most deliveries don’t actually need Beagle Tattoos I Love Mom shirt. Moms deliver babies; us healthcare providers just catch them. She was already on her way to the birthing center where she’d planned to deliver under medical supervision, we can assume she was low-risk because she was accepted at a birthing center and not going to a hospital, and things just went faster than expected. Happens all the time. If EMS had shown up and seen how fast she was progressing, they’d have had her deliver the baby on the spot. This guy didn’t do anything. He doesn’t deserve a high five but he does deserve a hit upside his head. Why he didn’t pull over and tend to his poor wife I don’t know. We didn’t do anything.

What was he going to do if there was some sort of Neapolitan Mastiff Tattoos I Love Mom shirt the baby was born with the cord around his head or the baby had mucus in his lungs and needed to behave them cleared? So many things that could go wrong but could easily be spared if he was there assisting. How hard is it to pull over and help? He didn’t even pull over afterward. Really? She told him not to stop so even though she’s obviously delivering he shouldn’t stop? Would you even ask? I mean if you saw someone in need would you keep going or stop and help? I disagree that she knew what she needed as that mom was in visual shock. She wasn’t sounding very confident at all and I didn’t feel she knew what to do. I had to go to school. Now she refuses to go. Said they were going to put her in jail. She says ok but I cant go. They pick on me and talk about me. It’s too hard stressful. She says. I just wonder. What’s really going on. It should be allowed it will help the child, the other children, the teachers, and the mother’s peace of mind. I am an LP parent and have had issues with the school system lying to my child and an incident happening.

Kim Lindsay, how do you know it was a phone and Pitbull Tattoos I Love Mom shirt? None of us were there. Let’s all just be thankful that mom and baby are healthy and worry about our own families. Goes to show you that you don’t know what you’ll do in this situation. Dad’s voice was so calm and reassuring. I can tell they didn’t know whether they were having a boy or a girl because they kept referring to the baby like it. Mom and dad both made a great team but mom is badass! She kept saying she didn’t know what to do but she did it. What a great story to tell the baby as he gets older. They all made it through this safely and that’s what counts! It is a great story. His voice would have driven me nuts, but that is me.

It was a Nobody is perfect but if you can play drums you’re pretty close shirt, they both did great! He calmed her down and gave instructions, and she just pushed that beautiful boy out so well a birth isn’t a sickness! And shouldn’t be treated as such. They obviously tried to reach professionals, but couldn’t make it. That doesn’t mean they did anything wrong! He kept going which was the right thing to do When looking at the circumstances. And if the baby was in distress, they probably would do it differently by calling someone. She also told him to keep driving and clearly he wasn’t driving and recording. If he was recording, the video would be shaky. He did the best he could in a stressful situation stayed calm. And for that, I give Dad major credit! As a woman.

God forbid something happens to that child the school would be taking on a massive liability. This will go to the supreme court. She won’t back down. If I was her, I wouldn’t either. I guess you could listen to their surroundings. Males, I wonder what is going on in Special Needs class that they don’t want to be known? No, wherein medically necessary does the doctor say that she needs to record what other kids in the class may be doing or saying. As the mother of a special needs child, this parent is going about this all wrong. She has several options for trackers and can disable the recorder on this device but she refuses. Read the whole story people. It’s illegal to record someone else’s child or an adult without consent and the device taps into conversations that could be recorded. If it was a tracker alone I’m sure it would be fine.

Lots of I play drums because I love banging in public shirt, but not many are familiar with disability laws. You can’t just give every child with a disability whatever they want b/c they have a doctor’s note. And just b/c the school is protecting the privacy rights of other students does not mean they have something to hide. It’s really shocking that WBRZ is pushing this agenda so hard when the facts of the case are so clear. I just can’t imagine what you may hear in a school classroom that would be so private? My thoughts are this day and time we need cameras at school that parents have access to protecting our children with the lasted occurring situations involving our children, and so-called teachers.

I just think the safety and the child’s best interest should come first. The minute they are worried that you are listening or watching that almost says they are worried at what you may see or hear. Just sends the wrong message. My child had a teacher who specifically told students do not tell your parents I said how do I know that? My child told me thankfully. But after that, I did not trust this woman and I only wish she was recorded saying and doing some of what my child said she did. These are the kind of people I think of when someone is worried about being recorded.

Her child is nonverbal, unlike everyone else’s child on here, she is not able to go home and communicate how her day went. it’s also for her physical safety. She also has the right to public education, just like every child in the school. The case will likely have to be resolved by following laws along with federal laws and regulations. In my own opinion, if the school cannot resolve and compromise with the parent, the school board will have to accommodate by equipping the school with video monitoring. Because there is a proven lack of trust between the school board and parents for that parish. It makes me really wonder what happens in the classroom and school with this child and all the other special needs students.

This mom basically wants the same ability – she can talk to her child and any other child within the vicinity, without their parents’ permission. A teacher or para would always be present in a classroom but what about a restroom? I’m not saying she would ever try but if she is given this right then how could any other special needs parent be denied access? I think they should be recorded period some of these special needs children can’t tell anyone what is being done to them. I was a caregiver in another parish was called to the school by his grandmother because she told them she couldn’t go the child soiled the pants he was stuck in a corner with his back to the rest of the class.
