Choose your weapon shirt

I used to work at an elementary school on the Choose your weapon shirt. We had a girl 4 years old who would tell lies, just to see everyone else get into trouble. She enjoyed it, and she did it often. I caught on soon after she started doing it, so I gave her time out. Our policy was 1 minute of time out, per child’s age. However, she would laugh at this punishment. She continued to do it. The punishment was not effective. So I gave her a long time out after a few times. Still, she laughed at this, and it had zero effect. Finally, after the last episode, I told her next time, she will have recess taken away in addition to time out. Next time came, unfortunately, quite quickly.
